Elite Master Trainer

LA PEAUX – Elite Advancement Pathway

This advancement pathway is available exclusively to active Atelier Ambassadeurs who have completed their 3-month qualification period and meet the required performance standards. 

1. Qualification Requirements

To be eligible for advancement, you must:

  • Have built a team of 10–20 active members
  • Maintain a minimum team performance benchmark of US$2,000 monthly turnover per member
  • Complete a 3-month active qualification period
  • Demonstrate consistent engagement with the LA PEAUX system and Academy

2. Licensing & Investment

  • A one-time Elite Licensing Investment of US$2,000 is required to progress into the advancement tier
  • This unlocks access to advanced training, leadership development, and event facilitation rights

3. Master Training Circle

  • Monthly Master Training Circle Membership: US$199/month (Pay annually and receive 2 months FREE)
  • Begins only after your first successful LA PEAUX event
  • Required for ongoing access to advanced training, leadership development, and scaling support

4. White Glove Training Experience

Once qualified, you will complete a White Glove Training Day hosted at a 5-star luxury hotel in Australia (and selected international locations).

This experience certifies you to:

  • Host your own LA PEAUX transformational events
  • Lead and train your team members in live environments
  • Deliver the LA PEAUX method at a professional standard

5. Elite Master Trainer Status

Upon certification as an Elite Master Trainer, you will receive:

  • Authorization to run your own LA PEAUX White Glove Events
  • The ability to earn 50% net income from your own events
  • Full event leadership rights within the LA PEAUX system

6. Elite Brand Experience

Elite Master Trainers receive a premium brand experience, including:

  • A bespoke Master Trainer Suit (tailored in capital cities across Australia)
  • International trainers receive a custom-tailored suit internationally
  • A signature Leonard’s travel duffel bag for ease of travel and brand presentation

Compliance & Eligibility Note

This advancement is available only to active Atelier Ambassadeurs who have completed their 3-month qualification period with a team of 10+ with a maximum of 20 and maintained the $2,000 monthly turnover standard. The $2,000 fee is a one-time licensing investment. Monthly Master Training Circle membership ($199/month) commences only after your first successful event and to continue thereafter.
