2. What are the ongoing costs of the Maison?
To keep the network elite and standard-led, there are two ongoing components:
- The Maison Membership: $65.00 USD per month (first month complimentary). This covers your ongoing Academy training, monthly VBB guides, and your listing within the LA PEAUX network.
- Platform Fee: A $14.95 USD monthly fee for your Fresha integrated booking and business management site.
3. How do I earn income as an Ambassadeur?
LA PEAUX is a service-first network. You earn through three distinct streams:
- Service Earnings (100%): You keep 100% of all physical service fees (facials, consultations) booked through your Fresha site.
- Program Commissions (50%): You earn a 50% commission ($248.50 USD) on every $497.00 USD VBB program or VIP Connect Membership sold.
- Passive Product Revenue: You share your personal Partner.Co brand links for client home-care. Partner.Co fulfills the orders and pays you direct commissions; LA PEAUX does not handle any beauty and wellness product sales.
4. What is the "Closed Store" Policy?
To comply with ASIC home-based business regulations and Partner.Co compliance, all LA PEAUX Ateliers operate a Strictly No Open Door Policy.
- All services are by appointment only via your Fresha site.
- This ensures your business remains a "Residential Studio" or "Private Atelier," maintaining the "Quiet Luxury" exclusivity and meeting local council zoning requirements.
5. How do I become an Elite Ambassadeur?
Elite status is earned through consistent professional excellence, not just recruitment. To qualify, you must:
- Maintain a minimum $500 USD per week in service turnover for three consecutive months and thereafter.
- Build and mentor a team of 10 active Ambassadeurs who maintain a minimum of $500 in sales in services for a period of 3 consecutive months and thereafter.
- Complete the Master Trainer Certification ($2,999 USD one-day training at a 5-star luxury hotel).
- Pay $199.00 USD p/m memberships as a Master Trainer only paid after you hold your own 1st White Glove Training Event for master class training with the Founder and elite training tools and resources and invitations to master training weekends at luxury locations.

7. Am I entitled to time off?
Yes. In alignment with our Art of Resilience philosophy, all Ambassadeurs are entitled to a 4-week Annual Maison Recess. You simply "black out" your Fresha calendar. Your passive Partner.Co link income continues even while your physical Atelier is closed for rest.
8. Is this a Franchise or an MLM?
Neither. LA PEAUX is a Designer-Led Alternative to Traditional Franchising. It is a Single-Level Direct Selling network. You are an independent business owner (IBO) using a licensed platform. You are rewarded for your own service sales and the professional training/mentorship you provide, rather than multi-level recruitment layers.

How do I get paid my commissions? Commissions for all digital transformation programs are paid every Friday. These payments are processed once we receive the cleared funds from our hosting platform, Kajabi, ensuring a consistent weekly revenue cycle for your business.
How do I manage my service bookings? All Atelier services (Facials, Wellness, and Fitness) are managed through Fresha, the industry leader in beauty and wellness bookings. You will have your own dedicated Fresha site for a fee of $14.95 per month (in addition to your $65.00 monthly membership).
Who keeps the money from my service bookings? You keep 100% of your service fees. These payments go directly to you, minus any standard processing fees charged by the Fresha platform.
What are my insurance and safety requirements? To operate as a licensed Ambassadeur, you must have Public Liability Insurance active from the moment you register for your license. You are responsible for maintaining this insurance and strictly adhering to all LA PEAUX® service protocols to ensure professional standards and safety.
Where do I get ongoing training and setup instructions? Your monthly membership includes access to the LA PEAUX® Academy for ongoing training. Additionally, your Onboarding Kit contains everything you need to set up your business, including technical guides, service protocols, and mandatory requirements.
How do I handle skincare and wellness products? LA PEAUX® does not supply these products directly. You must purchase your own professional stock and your clients’ orders through your personal brand links via our Global Procurement Partner which will also be in your onboarding kit.

How do I get my Bespoke Golden Blazer? Our blazers are couture-grade and made to order. We have professional tailors stationed in all Australian capital cities to ensure a perfect fit, and we cater to international Ambassadeurs via digital tailoring consultations.
