At LA PEAUX, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently, securely, and professionally. This policy explains how we handle both digital and physical product deliveries, including JacqualineEve Jewellery, Atelier Consultant kits, and related materials.
1. Digital Products & Programs
All digital products — including online courses, guides, and memberships — are delivered electronically.
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an email with access instructions within 24 hours.
- Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for your access email.

2. Physical Products & Starter Kits
Physical items — including JacqualineEve Jewellery, brand kits, business packages, uniforms, towels, and promotional materials — are shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery within Australia (JacqualineEve Jewellery):
- Shipped via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express, fully tracked and requiring a signature.
- eParcel: 2–6 business days
- eParcel Express: 1 business day (metro) / 1–3 business days (regional)
- All parcels are insured against loss or damage in transit.
International Shipping (Atelier Consultants):
- Custom quotes provided; shipping must be accepted and paid before dispatch.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping Rates
- JacqualineEve Jewellery within Australia is shipped complimentary unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping for other products (Atelier kits, uniforms, tools, training materials) is calculated at checkout and may vary by weight, size, and destination.
- Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply — details will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
- Parcels can also be tracked via the Australia Post app.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Peak periods
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Other factors outside LA PEAUX’s reasonable control
LA PEAUX is not responsible for delays once orders are dispatched.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
LA PEAUX is not liable for delays, misdelivery, or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Special Delivery Requests
- If you require a specific delivery date (birthdays, anniversaries, events), please include it in the order notes or contact us to confirm availability.
- For gifts, we recommend eParcel or eParcel Express to allow collection if the recipient is unavailable.
9. Risk & Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once an order has been dispatched to the nominated delivery address.
10. Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
