A one-day Master Trainer experience, hosted at a five-star venue — the next step for Atelier Consultants ready to deepen their own practice and help shape the next generation of the House.

Why Master Trainer

This isn't a title. It's a growth path.

Before LA PEAUX® can be taught, it has to be lived. The White Glove Master Trainer Program exists for Atelier Consultants who are ready to grow — this time by holding space for others. If you're striving toward this path, Transform Your Mind, Transform Your Life is included as part of your journey there. It's a day of refinement, reflection, and preparation: sharpening your ritual delivery, your presence, and your ability to guide another consultant through their own transformation.


Every Master Trainer carries the same standard the House was built on. This program is how that standard is passed on — person to person, the way everything at LA PEAUX® is.

Eligibility

Built on growth and readiness — not team size
  1. Active Atelier Consultant for a minimum of 12 months, in good standing
  2. A genuine ritual delivery record — an ongoing history of client bookings and Signature Ritual delivery
  3. Ritual Certification completed through the existing certification pathway
  4. Commitment to the growth journey — willingness to undertake Transform Your Mind, Transform Your Life as part of preparing for the role. This is provided to you as part of striving toward Master Trainer — not something you need to have already purchased or completed
  5. Application and assessment — a short written application and a practical assessment of presentation, product knowledge, and teaching ability
  6. Brand alignment — consistent 5-star service delivery and adherence to LA PEAUX® standards
There is no recruitment or team-size requirement to become a Master Trainer. This path is open to any Atelier Consultant who has grown into their own practice and wants to grow further — whether they work independently or alongside others. Certified Master Trainers can go on to lead the White Glove Master Trainer Day for the next wave of Atelier Consultants working toward this path — the same training, the same standard, the same certification, now delivered by you. Every event is registered through LA PEAUX® — this is how we coordinate the White Glove experience itself: venue standard, catering, and logistics, kept consistent with the standard the House was built on.


Master Trainers keep 50% of the net income generated by the events they personally lead — calculated after event costs (venue, catering, materials) are covered. This reflects genuine payment for the work of building, preparing, and delivering that day.

The White Glove Master Trainer Program is an optional advanced certification available to existing Atelier Consultants who meet the eligibility criteria; it is separate from, and not required for, becoming an Atelier Consultant, which remains free to join. Atelier Consultants are self-employed. There is no joining fee to become a Consultant, and free training and certification is provided at that level. Participation in the Master Trainer Program involves a program fee. Certified Master Trainers who lead their own White Glove Training events register each event through LA PEAUX® and receive 50% of the net income generated by that event, after event costs are covered — reflecting payment for services rendered in building and delivering the event. Income depends entirely on individual effort — there is no guaranteed or typical result.
