Master Trainer status is a professional accreditation earned through demonstrated experience, genuine client service delivery, communication capability, practical assessment and alignment with LA PEAUX. standards.
It is not achieved through recruitment, team size, personal purchasing or sales volume. It is achieved through the ability to personally deliver the LA PEAUX. experience and support others in learning to deliver it with the same level of care, professionalism and excellence.

Be considered by LA PEAUX. to facilitate approved Master Trainer experiences. LA PEAUX. schedules each event, registers and certifies every candidate, and assigns the Facilitator. The Facilitator delivers the training day, not the accreditation itself.
To Be Considered for the Pathway
Active Atelier Transformation Consultant Status
A minimum of 3 months as an active Atelier Transformation Consultant in good standing.
Genuine Signature Ritual Delivery Experience
Demonstrated experience delivering LA PEAUX. Signature Ritual experiences to genuine paying clients.
Ritual Certification
Completion of the applicable LA PEAUX. Ritual Certification pathway.
Application & Practical Assessment
Assessment covering presentation capability, communication skills, ritual and product knowledge, professional presence, and teaching ability.
Brand Alignment
Demonstrated commitment to LA PEAUX. standards and values.

Qualifying Rituals booked, paid and delivered through the Atelier's own independent booking system (e.g. Fresha), verified by redacted monthly reports.
Rituals are a service. There is no requirement to purchase products, stock or inventory from LA PEAUX. or any supplier in order to meet this standard. Consultants deliver services in line with their own qualifications, insurance and applicable local requirements.
A Continuing Professional Standard
To remain certified, a Master Trainer maintains a minimum of 8 qualifying Signature Ritual deliveries per calendar month. One grace month is granted every 12 months — no explanation required.
This is a professional service delivery standard to maintain Master Trainer accreditation only. It is not a product purchase requirement, inventory requirement, and does not affect your Atelier Transformation Consultant status or your ability to operate your own independent Atelier business.

Professional Facilitation Fees
Just as established training and education organisations pay their facilitators, LA PEAUX. pays approved Master Trainers a flat fee for preparing and delivering approved White Glove Master Trainer Days. It is payment for professional training services performed.

LA PEAUX. plans and schedules every White Glove event, manages all registrations and participant payments, and assigns an approved Facilitator. Facilitators do not recruit, enrol or invite participants for payment, and receive nothing extra for anyone who attends.
Fee bands reflect the preparation and delivery workload of the room size LA PEAUX. sets for each event. LA PEAUX. separately manages venue, catering and materials.
Fees are paid for professional training services only. They are not a recruitment commission and are not calculated from team size, sponsorship activity or product sales volume. White Glove participants are existing Atelier Transformation Consultants pursuing their own accreditation, not new recruits.
Facilitation opportunities are not guaranteed. They depend on LA PEAUX. approving the Master Trainer and scheduling events, and figures shown are fees per event, not an indication of income. Facilitators are responsible for their own tax obligations.
