What is The House of LA PEAUX™? The House of LA PEAUX™ is a luxury lifestyle and wellness network. We provide a "business-in-a-box" framework for beauty professionals, coaches, and leaders to offer high-end services, designer jewelry, and world-class wellness programs under a single prestige brand.

How is the brand structured? We offer three distinct pathways based on your professional goals:

  1. Atelier Beauty Consultant: Focuses on home-based beauty services and recommended supplier product integration.
  2. The Art of Resilience Coach: Focuses on mindset, wellness coaching, and the Visionary Brilliance Blueprint®.
  3. Elite Trainer: Our executive tier for national leadership and high-ticket event hosting.

Consultant Pathways

What is an Atelier Beauty Consultant? This role is designed for beauty professionals who wish to run a luxury studio from home. You have full autonomy over your services while utilizing LA PEAUX® branding and RRP structures. This role Atelier Beauty Consultant: Focuses on home-based luxury beauty services and premium skin, weightloss and nutrition.

What is The Art of Resilience Coach? These coaches specialize in human transformation. They are certified to deliver the Visionary Brilliance Blueprint® (VBB) and provide high-level coaching to help clients achieve personal and professional mastery including weightloss and wellness program. 

Can I upgrade my role? Yes. You can upgrade from an Atelier/Coach to an LSC Business Builder at any time by paying the kit difference. The Elite Trainer role is an earned designation that becomes available once you have established a foundation of 10–20 active consultants.

Compensation & Lead Generation

How do I earn with LA PEAUX®? Earnings are generated through three pillars:

  • Retail Profit: Including a $250 flat profit on VBB sales and 25–30% on jewelry.
  • Service Income: You keep 100% of the fees for clients you acquire personally.
  • Residuals: Monthly commissions on the memberships of the consultants you sponsor.

How does the Corporate Lead Referral work? When Corporate marketing generates a local lead and refers them to your Atelier or Coaching practice, LA PEAUX® retains a 30% referral fee. For any clients you find through your own marketing, you keep 100% of the service fee.

What is the PSV requirement? To remain "Active" and eligible for all commissions and bonuses, consultants must maintain a Personal Sales Volume (PSV) of $500 AUD per month. This is easily achieved through the sale of one VBB program, jewelry, or beauty services.

Training & Support

Do I need to be a trained beautician to join? For the Atelier Beauty pathway, prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as we provide training on the LA PEAUX® service standards. For the Art of Resilience Coach, you will undergo a specific certification process.

What is the Elite Trainer Certification? This is a 5-star, immersive one-day training experience. It certifies you to lead national-level events and host luxury workshops where you earn 50% of the $2,999 attendee fee.

Orders & Memberships

When does my monthly membership start? Your professional membership fee ($59, $110, or $299 depending on your tier) commences 30 days after your initial kit purchase or certification.
