Master Trainer status is earned through genuine ritual delivery to real clients — not purchases, not recruitment. Choose the pace that suits your practice, and progress toward recognition as a LA PEAUX® Master Trainer.

What It Means

Professional Accreditation

The LA PEAUX® Master Trainer designation is a personal professional accreditation awarded to Atelier Consultants who consistently deliver verified LA PEAUX® Signature Rituals to genuine paying clients in their own independent business and meet the required training and service standards.

Master Trainer status recognises demonstrated professional competency, client service excellence, and commitment to the LA PEAUX® transformation methodology. It is a professional accreditation only and does not guarantee income, clients, business success, or future earnings. It does not grant a franchise, business system, or licence to use LA PEAUX® as your business name.

All tracks are optional for those pursuing Master Trainer accreditation. There is no requirement to complete any track to operate your own independent Atelier business. You may select, change, pause or leave a track at any renewal point without penalty.

Qualifying Rituals

A Qualifying Ritual is a complete LA PEAUX® Signature Ritual booked, paid and delivered by you in your own independent business via your own booking system (e.g. Fresha), delivered to a genuine, unique paying client as per the Atelier Method. Self-reported rituals without verification do not qualify.

Recommended Signature Price: $147 RRP is our recommended retail to support premium positioning across the network. As an independent business owner, you set your own prices for all services in your own business. Complimentary or $0 rituals do not qualify for Master Trainer tracking. Discounted rituals may be excluded from the tally for fairness but you remain free to offer them in your own business.

How Rituals Are Counted

Verification & Fair Play

  • Maximum 2 qualifying rituals per unique client per month
  • Assessed per calendar month, no carryover
  • Verified via your own self-declaration plus redacted monthly summary from your own booking system reports showing date and ritual type
  • You set your own prices — price verification not required
  • LA PEAUX® does not process client payments, access your booking system, or hold client funds

Cohort Size Immersions are scheduled when a minimum cohort of 10–20 attendees is confirmed to ensure luxury experience and peer learning
After Certification

Mentoring Pathway

After certification, Master Trainers who wish to mentor others may apply to host their own White Glove Training Events in their region as an Approved Event Host. You provide the luxury venue; we provide the training program and materials. Approval to host events is not automatic and is by separate application.

Independent Business Disclosure: Atelier Consultants operate their own independent business under their own registered business entity (e.g. ABN). LA PEAUX® provides education and accreditation only. LA PEAUX® is structured as independent business ownership, not a franchise, employment, or agency arrangement. We do not pay for recruitment, and there is no payment or reward for introducing other consultants. Master Trainer status does not require purchase of Partner.co products. LA PEAUX® and Partner.co are separate companies.
