Non Refund Policy

LA PEAUX® Non-Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5 January 2026

At LA PEAUX®, we are committed to delivering high-quality programs, services, and brand-led offerings. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not exclude or limit those rights.


1. No Change-of-Mind Refunds

1.1 All purchases made with LA PEAUX® are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, or lack of participation.

1.2 This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ambassador Memberships
  • Ambassador Kits
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Personal development programs and courses
  • Services (including any sessions or appointments)
  • Any items clearly marked as non-refundable

2. Digital Products, Programs & Memberships

2.1 Due to the nature of digital content, online programs, and memberships, no refunds are provided once access has been granted, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

2.2 It is your responsibility to review program descriptions, inclusions, and suitability prior to purchase.


3. Services

3.1 Payments for services are non-refundable once booked or delivered.

3.2 Missed appointments, cancellations, or non-attendance do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.


4. Payment Plans

4.1 If you purchase a product, program, or membership using a payment plan, all instalments remain payable.

4.2 Discontinuing participation does not cancel your payment obligations.


5. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

5.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5.2 You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product or service:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Fails to meet acceptable quality standards

5.3 Where a failure is considered major under ACL, you may choose a refund or replacement. Where a failure is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement, or remedy as permitted by law.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

6.2 We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or remedy in accordance with ACL.


7. Errors in Purchase

7.1 If an error is made at checkout, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

7.2 We may, at our discretion, assist with adjustments where access or delivery has not yet occurred. This does not guarantee a refund.


8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes relating to purchases or this policy will be managed in accordance with:

  • LA PEAUX® Policies & Procedures
  • Applicable Australian laws
