- We currently ship within Australia.
- International shipping may be available in the future; please check our website for updates.
2. Processing Time
- Physical products: Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
- Digital products & programs: Delivered instantly via email.
- Jewellery items: Processing and shipping times vary depending on supplier availability and item type.
For example, in-stock items are usually shipped quickly, while special-order or diamond pieces may take longer. You will be notified if your order requires extended processing.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and service type.
- Courier tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
4. Estimated Delivery Guidance
- Standard in-stock items: generally shipped within a few business days
- Special-order or custom jewellery: may require additional processing time, depending on supplier and item availability
- Exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed due to supplier schedules or courier delays
We will always keep you updated with tracking and expected delivery dates.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement if the item was insured and verified as lost/damaged.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- For special-order or custom jewellery, cancellations after order placement may not be accepted due to supplier commitments.

We offer tracked shipping Australia-wide and internationally. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and up-to-date to receive your order promptly.
Delivery Options
Standard: Delivery 2 - 3 working days from date of dispatch to most major centres. Some remote locations may require an extra day. Standard charges apply.
Express: Delivery 24 hours from date of dispatch to most major centres. Some remote locations may require an extra day. Postal addresses only, no PO boxes. Extra charges apply.

Returns Made Easy
At LA PEAUX, we know things can go wrong in the fine craft of jewellery. If you discover a fault with one of our pieces please return it for a refund or credit in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that returns are not accepted unless received within 14 days of dispatch accompanied by the original invoice and job packet.
