Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Regardless of the refund window above, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description. These consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, and this policy exists in addition to, not instead of, those rights.

Pricing

Prices for LA PEAUX® programs, including The White Glove Journey™, may change over time, including scheduled increases such as those disclosed on individual product pages. The price you pay is the price displayed and confirmed at the time of your purchase.

Intellectual Property

All guides, audio rituals, and program content remain the intellectual property of LA PEAUX® and Founder Jacqualine Timms. Purchase of a program grants you a personal license to use the content for your own purposes. Content may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

For Atelier Consultants — Commission & Refunds

Where a sale made by an Atelier Consultant is refunded under this policy, the corresponding 50% commission for that sale is also reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from the consultant's next scheduled payment.
