The Atelier Business Framework
A structured service-based model designed to support the delivery of LA PEAUX® programs, memberships, and Atelier client experiences.
The LA PEAUX model is a professional framework focused on delivering transformation-based services, digital programs, and client experiences through an independent Atelier structure.
1. Digital Transformation Programs
Ambassadeurs may receive up to 50% commission on selected LA PEAUX digital programs within the age-led pathways (Glow 30s through Thrive 60s).
These are digital learning and development programs delivered online.
2. VIP Connect Membership
Ambassadeurs may receive up to 50% commission on qualifying recurring membership fees for clients they onboard.
This supports ongoing access to LA PEAUX resources and training.
3. Atelier Hands-On Services
Ambassadeurs retain 100% of service fees for independently delivered Atelier services.
These services may include:
- Signature facial experiences
- Wellness and vitality sessions
- Mobile or pop-up Atelier experiences
Ambassadeurs are responsible for their own local business expenses and operational costs.
4. Leadership & Training Events
Selected Ambassadeurs may participate in facilitation roles for LA PEAUX live events and training experiences.
Compensation for these activities may include up to 50% of net event revenue after direct costs.
