Master Trainer & White Glove Immersion FAQ
Everything you need to know about the pathway, the standard, and the White Glove Immersion experience.
What is a LA PEAUX® Master Trainer?
A Master Trainer is a professional accreditation awarded to Atelier Consultants who consistently deliver verified LA PEAUX® Signature Rituals to genuine paying clients and meet our training standards. It recognises professional competency, consistency and luxury client service.
It is not employment, not a job, and not a guarantee of income.
How do I become a Master Trainer?
Three steps, all managed centrally by LA PEAUX®:
- Complete Transform Your Mind — $597
- Meet your Ritual Track requirement in one calendar month (8, 12, 20 or 30 verified rituals)
- Attend and complete the White Glove Immersion — $1,500 USD
Is Master Trainer a job with LA PEAUX®?
No. Atelier Consultants and Master Trainers operate their own independent businesses. LA PEAUX® provides the Method, training, and licensing. You are responsible for your own business operations, insurance and compliance.
Does this guarantee income?
No. Like any professional accreditation, it recognises skill and consistency. Your income depends on your own efforts. We make no income claims or guarantees.
What counts as a Qualifying Ritual?
A complete LA PEAUX® Signature Ritual (Glow 30s, Revitalise 40s, Empower 50s or Thrive 60s) booked, paid and delivered by you through your own independent booking system (e.g. Fresha) at the Signature Price of $147 RRP, to a genuine unique paying client.
LA PEAUX® does not process your client payments.
How is my progress verified?
By a monthly redacted summary from your own booking system showing date, ritual type and payment status. No client personal information is required. All verification is done centrally by LA PEAUX®.
What is the White Glove Immersion?
A full-day luxury training and certification held in 5-star hotels. This is true white glove — luxury venue, catering, materials, program and assessment.
Based on the same precision logistics used to deliver 2 military charity balls for Wandering Warriors and Soldier On, raising thousands of dollars and $20,000 in ticket sales.
Who leads White Glove?
All White Glove Immersion Days are led by Maxine Timms, Head Master Trainer · LA PEAUX®. Maxine is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor of Language & Linguistics, and a former State and National athlete trained under Olympic and AIS coaches.
Our founding cohort of 10–20 Master Trainers will be personally trained by Maxine.
How much does it cost?
The Immersion fee includes luxury venue, catering, full training program, materials, assessment, and license to host your own White Glove Training Events. Does not include travel or accommodation.
How does booking work?
All White Glove fees are paid directly to LA PEAUX® centrally. No Master Trainer or other party collects fees. An Immersion is confirmed and the luxury venue booked only once a minimum of 10 Atelier Consultants have paid in full in advance.
This ensures we can deliver a genuine white glove experience with all food and logistics prepaid. If minimum numbers are not met, fees are fully refundable or transferable to the next Immersion date.
Will White Glove be held internationally?
Yes. Our founding Immersions will be held in luxury hotels Australia-wide. As we grow as a global brand, White Glove Immersion will expand internationally to luxury hotels worldwide.
All international events will follow the same standard: minimum 10 paid, all fees to LA PEAUX®, luxury venue, white glove delivery.
Can I mentor others in my own atelier network toward Master Trainer?
Yes, and we encourage it. You may mentor Atelier Consultants within your own independent network toward Master Trainer qualification. All ateliers must still register directly with LA PEAUX® and be verified centrally by LA PEAUX®.
No atelier is required to be part of any particular network to become a Master Trainer — the path is open to anyone, anywhere who meets the ritual standard.
Does mentoring earn me commission?
No. To remain compliant with Australian Consumer Law, LA PEAUX® does not pay commissions for recruitment. Mentoring within your network is professional support you provide as a leader.
If you deliver a White Glove Day as a Licensed Trainer, you receive a flat professional speaker fee from LA PEAUX®.
Can I host my own White Glove Events after I am certified?
Yes. Once certified, you may apply to become a Licensed White Glove Trainer. Licensed Trainers are approved by LA PEAUX® and deliver the official LA PEAUX® White Glove program in luxury hotels in their region.
Licensed Trainers are paid a flat speaker fee per event by LA PEAUX®. We do not pay commissions on ticket sales or product purchases.
Master Trainer and Licensed White Glove Trainer status are professional accreditations recognising skill, consistency and client service. They are not employment with LA PEAUX®, not guarantees of income, and no commissions are paid for recruitment. All figures referenced are current at time of publishing and are subject to change.
