A Master Trainer is a Senior Mentor. They do not "manage" other businesses; they provide guidance, training, and strategic support to their cohort.

  • The Focus: Facilitating the professional growth of Atelier Ambassadeurs and Consultants.
  • Independence Guaranteed: Each Atelier Ambassadeur and Consultant remains an independent business owner. They retain full ownership of their Fresha booking systems, client lists, and service revenue. Master Trainers act as coaches, not supervisors.

4. Compensation & Partnership

Master Trainers are compensated for their mentorship services.

  • The Master Training Circle: As a Master Trainer, you gain access to our premier ongoing support network. The Master Training Circle is a monthly membership dedicated to high-level strategic collaboration, advanced business mindset training, and peer-led mentorship workshops.
