Yes. LA PEAUX® is a registered trademark. The founding philosophy "Beauty is the Essence of Life"™ is the intellectual property of Jacqualine Timms and is in the process of being trademarked. All programs, Signature Ritual methodologies and brand materials are the original intellectual property of LA PEAUX®.

What does the X at the end of LA PEAUX® mean?

The X in LA PEAUX® has a story that Jacqualine believes was never an accident. When she set out to trademark her own skincare brand, the name la peau — the French word for skin with the X — was unavailable in the skincare category. Her trademark lawyer suggested registering it in the franchise and administration classes instead. In that moment the X stood for something more — and with it, an entirely new layer of meaning was born. The X stands for the X factor. That indefinable, unquantifiable quality that cannot be manufactured, copied or bought. Every ritual includes a step–by–step facial treatment, a consultant script, and a personalised aftercare card to take home. The Signature Rituals are protected LA PEAUX® intellectual property and are delivered exactly as designed, ensuring every client receives the same exceptional, brand–defining experience.

What skincare products are used in the rituals?

LA PEAUX® Signature Rituals are delivered using TeMana Skin Care — specifically the TeMana Noni Brightening Skin Care collection, a five–step skincare ritual that helps reveal your most radiant skin. TeMana is a carefully selected partner skincare range that aligns perfectly with our inside–out beauty philosophy, supporting your skin at a cellular level both during the ritual and as part of your personalised home care program.

What wellness products are recommended alongside the rituals?

LA PEAUX® takes a true inside–out approach to beauty and wellness. Can Atelier Consultants change or add to the Signature Rituals?

The Signature Rituals themselves are not altered or modified, as they are protected LA PEAUX® intellectual property. Atelier Consultants who already hold their own professional skills and treatments are welcome to offer these alongside the Signature Rituals, building a fuller client experience around the LA PEAUX® core.

Where are the rituals available?

LA PEAUX® Signature Rituals are available through in–home presentations across South West WA — from Mandurah to Augusta, including Rockingham, Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River and everywhere in between. Jacqualine travels to you. Rituals are also available through LA PEAUX® venue brand evenings — dates are released regularly. How many guests can I have at an in–home presentation?

In–home presentations are designed to be intimate and personal. Contact Jacqualine directly to discuss the ideal number of guests for your space and the experience you would like to create. The more personal the setting, the more powerful the evening tends to be.

Do I need to purchase anything to host or attend?

There is no obligation to purchase anything at a LA PEAUX® in–home presentation or venue event. Our philosophy is that the right products find the right women — never the other way around. You are warmly welcomed simply to experience the brand.

What is the JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection?

The JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection is a curated collection of diamond and gold jewellery — a beautiful expression of the LA PEAUX® belief that every woman deserves to feel exquisite. The collection is supplied by a premier jewellery house, one of Australia’s oldest and most respected names in fine jewellery, and is available to view and purchase online, with jewellery sent directly to the customer on behalf of their Atelier Consultant.

How do I view or purchase the JacqualineEve collection?

The JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection can be viewed and purchased online. Simply contact your LA PEAUX® Atelier Consultant or reach out to Jacqualine directly and jewellery will be sent straight to your door on your consultant’s behalf. You can also experience the collection in person at a LA PEAUX® in–home presentation or venue brand evening if an Atelier Consultant wishes to purchase products.

Can Atelier Consultants display the jewellery as part of their business?

Yes — Atelier Consultants who wish to display the JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection as part of their Atelier business are welcome to do so, however this is entirely at their own discretion and at their own risk. The preferred and recommended option is for jewellery to be purchased online and sent directly to the customer on the consultant’s behalf — making it simple, secure and seamless for everyone.

How do Atelier Consultants earn from jewellery sales?

Atelier Consultants have the opportunity to earn a commission of 10–20% on JacqualineEve jewellery sales, available to Atelier Consultants in Australia. Commission rates and exact terms are discussed during the Atelier Consultant onboarding process. Income varies and is not guaranteed.

What is an Atelier Consultant?

An Atelier Consultant is a professional woman who carries the LA PEAUX® brand as her own — delivering Signature Rituals, selling personal development programs, sharing the JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection and building an income stream that fits around her life. Atelier Consultants receive a free LA PEAUX® brand kit, access to all Signature Ritual training, their own Fresha booking site and partner wellness product links.

What does it cost to become an Atelier Consultant?

Nothing. Your LA PEAUX® Atelier Consultant brand kit is completely free. There is no joining fee, no inventory to purchase and no financial risk. You begin with everything you need at no cost to you.

How do Atelier Consultants earn income?

Atelier Consultants have the opportunity to earn through multiple streams — full earnings from the Signature Rituals and any of their own treatments delivered to clients through their own Fresha site, 50% commission on personal development program sales, 10–20% commission on JacqualineEve jewellery, and income from partner wellness product links. Income varies and depends on individual effort, sales activity and time invested. No specific income is guaranteed.

Do I need experience in beauty or wellness to become a consultant?

Certified beauty and wellness professionals can join LA PEAUX® directly. If you do not yet hold a qualification, the pathway in is accessible and clear — an online beauty or wellness certification is generally all it takes to meet the LA PEAUX® standard. Whatever stage you join at, the LA PEAUX® Signature Ritual Guide provides everything you need — step–by–step ritual instructions, consultant scripts and client aftercare cards. Jacqualine personally supports every Atelier Consultant through their journey.

How is LA PEAUX® different from a typical MLM opportunity?

Partner wellness product links operate across 50 countries, meaning your business can grow internationally from day one. In–home presentations and venue events are currently delivered by Jacqualine personally across South West WA — however consultants based elsewhere can deliver their own Atelier experiences in their own location. The JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection is currently available in Australia only. If you are based outside South West WA or overseas, reach out to Jacqualine directly.
