The LA PEAUX® Leadership Ladder is a structured, aspirational pathway designed for professional beauty and wellness technicians. From Atelier Consultant to Ambassador, Elite Ambassador, and Elite Trainer, each tier combines personal performance, team leadership, and ongoing professional development. Professionals can join directly as Ambassadors or work as a team — for example, one partner providing Atelier services while the other focuses on Ambassador leadership — creating a collaborative, high-performing duo. With clear sales requirements, sponsorship milestones, and exclusive training through our VBB membership, the ladder rewards consistency, skill, and ambition. 1.  Atelier Consultant $499

  • Entry Fee: $499
  • Role: Professional beauty & wellness technician delivering Atelier treatments and selling LA PEAUX products
  • Leadership: Can sponsor other Atelier Consultants or Ambassadors
  • Personal Sales Requirement: $500 service + $500 product per month for 2 consecutive months
  • Advancement to Ambassador (No Charge): Sponsor 5 active consultants each generating the same volume
  • Ongoing Training: $33/month VBB membership

2.  Ambassador (Dual Pathway) $1,999

Upgrade from Atelier or join directly for $1,999

Personal Sales Requirement:
Maintain $2,000 PV/month for 3 consecutive months (services, programs, products, or jewellery)

Elite Trainer Leadership Requirement:
To qualify as an Elite Trainer, a Brand Ambassador must:

  • Sponsor 10 active Brand Ambassadors
  • Each Ambassador must generate $1,000/month, split as:
    • $500 in Atelier Services
    • $500 in LA PEAUX® Product Sales

Ongoing Training:
$33/month VBB membership

3.  Elite Ambassador

  • Qualification:
    • Maintain $2,000 PV/month for 3 consecutive months
    • Sponsor 10 active Ambassadors, each generating $1,000/month
  • Maintenance: Maintain $2,000 PV ongoing, 1 month off/year allowed
  • Privileges: Seat at one-day luxury training event; recognition as top-tier leader
  • Ongoing Training: $33/month VBB membership

      Elite Trainer (White Glove Tier) $2,999

  • Qualification: Must already be Elite Ambassador
  • Fee: $2,999 certification
  • Privileges:
    • Host 1 luxury event/month with a minimum of 10 qualified Ambassadors
    • Earn $15,000 per event revenue
  • Ongoing Training: $199/month after certification and first event

Elite Ambassador / Trainer White Glove Event Qualification

Elite Ambassador / Trainer White Glove Event Qualification

To host a monthly White Glove Event, Elite Ambassadors must meet the following event-specific qualification criteria:

  1. New Ambassadors Only
    • Each event must feature 10 newly qualified Ambassadors.
    • These Ambassadors cannot be the same individuals who were part of prior events.
    • “Newly qualified” means they have successfully completed the Ambassador qualification process within the last 3 months.
  2. Personal Qualification Requirements
    • The Elite Ambassador must maintain their $2,000 personal volume per month, with a minimum of 50% derived from Atelier services.
    • This ensures continued service competency and operational leadership.
  3. Event Approval & Standards
    • All events must be pre-approved by LA PEAUX® to ensure luxury positioning, venue compliance, and brand standards.
    • Event size, venue, and seat pricing must align with brand guidelines.
  4. Leadership Continuity
    • Elite Ambassadors are responsible for mentoring and onboarding the newly qualified Ambassadors featured at each event.
    • This guarantees a continuous pipeline of high-performing leaders while maintaining the exclusivity and prestige of the White Glove Experience.
