THE HOUSE OF LA PEAUX®

Atelier Ambassadeur: Code of Conduct & Brand Standards

As an Atelier Ambassadeur, you are the living embodiment of the Art of Resilience. To maintain the prestige and "Quiet Luxury" of the House, all licensed partners agree to uphold the following standards of excellence.

1. The Aesthetic of the House (Visual Integrity)

  • The Uniform: When representing the brand or performing rituals, the approved Atelier attire (Stone, Gold, or Grey) must be worn. It must be pristine, pressed, and worn with professional grooming.
  • The Environment: Your Atelier (Home, Studio, or Mobile) must remain a sanctuary. This means a neutral palette, zero personal clutter, fresh linens for every client, and the subtle presence of the signature House scent.
  • Digital Presence: Your social media and digital channels should reflect the "Designer-Led" aesthetic. Use only high-resolution brand assets provided in the LA PEAUX Brand Kit.

2. The Mastery of Service (Professional Excellence)

  • Protocol Adherence: Signature Rituals and Wellness & Vitality treatments must be performed exactly as taught in the LA PEAUX Academy. We do not "shortcut" the experience; we honor the ritual.
  • Product Integrity: Only approved Partner.co and LA PEAUX products are to be used during official rituals. This ensures the safety of the client and the integrity of our cellular science.
  • The "Quiet Luxury" Tone: Communication with clients should be sophisticated, empathetic, and professional. We lead with education and transformation, never with high-pressure sales tactics.

3. Integrity & Compliance (The Architecture of Trust)

  • Income & Medical Claims: Ambassadeurs must never make "guaranteed" income claims or "curative" medical claims. We speak to vitality, resilience, and supportive nutrition.
  • Cross-Branding: To maintain the exclusivity of the House, you agree not to promote competing skincare or wellness brands within your LA PEAUX Atelier space or sessions.
  • Relationship Management: We operate as a collective. Respect for the "Sponsorship" line and professional courtesy toward fellow Ambassadeurs is mandatory. We rise by lifting others.

4. The Ethics of Resilience (Personal Leadership)

  • Continuous Education: A true Ambassadeur is a perpetual student. You commit to attending a minimum of one Academy Masterclass per quarter to maintain your mastery of the evolving curriculum although we do encourage more.
  • Confidentiality: Client data and House intellectual property (the Visionary Brilliance Blueprint) are sacred. We protect the privacy of our collective and the secrets of our craft.
