MLM stands for multi–level marketing, also known as direct selling or network marketing. At its core, it is a business model where independent consultants sell products or services directly to clients — rather than through a traditional retail store — and earn commission on what they sell.

The "multi–level" part refers to the fact that consultants can also build a team of other consultants beneath them, and may earn a small override on that team’s sales. This is where the model is most often misunderstood, and where the line between a legitimate direct selling business and an illegal pyramid scheme actually sits.

These rituals are the heart of the LA PEAUX® experience and a key reason consultants succeed: a consistent, proven, brand–defining offering that every Atelier Consultant delivers exactly as designed.

Because the Signature Rituals are LA PEAUX® IP, they are delivered as they are created — they are not altered, modified or rebranded by individual consultants. This protects the integrity of the experience for every client, in every Atelier, anywhere in the world.

How LA PEAUX® Atelier Consultants Earn

The LA PEAUX® model is built around several real, layered income opportunities:

• The LA PEAUX® Signature Rituals — delivered to your own clients, booked through your own Fresha page. You set your own pricing and keep what you earn from every ritual you personally deliver.
• Your own treatments, layered on top — many Atelier Consultants are already qualified professionals with their own services and skills. These can be offered alongside the Signature Rituals, building a fuller appointment and a fuller income, while the Rituals themselves remain delivered exactly as LA PEAUX® designed them.
• LA PEAUX® personal development programs — Atelier Consultants earn 50% commission on program sales, whether delivered one–to–one, at a private hosted evening, or at a LA PEAUX® event.
• The JacqualineEve Jewellery Collection — available to Atelier Consultants in Australia, earning 10–20% commission depending on the piece, as an additional income stream alongside your rituals and programs.

How much of each layer you build is entirely up to you. Some Atelier Consultants focus primarily on the Signature Rituals and their own treatments. Others build a broader Atelier business across rituals, programs and jewellery together. There is no fixed path — you build it around your own skills, your own time, and your own goals, always anchored by the Signature Rituals at the core.

What You Are Not Required To Do
